Wood Tech Solution will depute Service Engineers for installation and training to the buyer site free of charge.
The training will cover following issues :
– Machines operation.
– Machines maintenance.
– Periodic maintenance checklist and data record system.
– Tools and accessories uses and maintenance.
– Workplace safety techniques.
WARRANTY POLICY
12 Months warranty from the date of installation for mechanical parts, affected by manufacturer’s fault to be supplied as ex warehouse free of charge. In case any parts needs to be brought from abroad Freight charge and local customs expenses to be borne by the buyer.
Service charge and parts will be provided free.
This warranty does not cover normal wear & tear parts such as V-Belts, rubber rollers, pneumatics parts, consumable accessories and electrical parts. Labor during the warranty time is provided free of charge as far as the warranty terms are involved.
Note: No warranty will be provided for Dust Collector.
The machines which price are above 1 lac Taka WTS gives one-year service warranty of those machine.

One year after sale service won’t be available if…
-Machine is run by non- operator person.
-Any accident occurs to the machine.
-Machine is used for other purpose.
-Try to bring any change to structural parts.
-Try to machine service by anyone other than the WTS Engineer.
